Purpose

The purpose of the Clark Conservation District annual plant sale is to promote the stewardship and conservation of our natural resources.

Refund & Cancellations

All sales are final. We will not issue a refund for any unpicked-up plants or cancellations. You cannot change your order after it is placed. If you would like more plants, please place another order.

Availability

Plants are available on a first-come, first-served basis by online pre-order only. We have limited qualities, and plants tend to sell out quickly, so please order early.

Pick up Policy

There are no alternate days available for plant pickup.

You must pick up your plants on Saturday, February 17th between 9:30AM and 3:00 PM at the CASEE Center, 11104 NE 149th St. Brush Prairie, WA.

The District is not responsible for any plants not collected on the pickup date. There are no refunds for any plants not picked up. No exceptions. Due to the fragile nature of bare root plants, any plants not picked up on the day of sale will not be held and will be donated to the CASEE Center for educational purposes.

Check your orders! Once you leave the pickup sale, you will not be able to get a refund for any missing plants.

Substitutions and Unforeseen situations

The District reserves the right to substitute plants of like species or adjustments in numbers for size changes or refund money if ordered plants become unavailable.

We order our plants from the nursery six to twelve months before the sale. There are sometimes unforeseen situations like crop failure, weather, and limited stock that prevents us from having all the species listed in stock. In the event that we cannot fill your order, a plant substitution or refund will be offered.

Plant Mortality

There are no refunds for plant mortality.

The District is not responsible for stock once removed from the pickup location. We do not offer any guarantee regarding the survival of the plants. Even though these are native plants, they must be watered and cared for when they are young and establishing, and extreme weather will affect survivability.

The plants sold at this sale are “conservation grade”, which means they are graded on their survival ability, not on their ornamental value. We sell in bundles of five and expect a 75% survival rate, which generally means one plant out of the bundle won’t survive.
