Clark Conservation District (Clark CD) is a grant-funded governmental organization serving residents of Clark County. We are a voluntary and non-regulatory political subdivision of the State of Washington with authorities, powers, and structure contained in RCW 89.08. Charitable contributions to governmental units are tax-deductible under section 170(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code.
